A ‘Customer’ might be asked to provide all the names on the booking form intending to let us serve them. A ‘Product’ is any service sold by Extreme Holiday Tourism L.L.C. (hereafter referred to as Visit in Dubai). All customers will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all our booking conditions. To confirm a booking, the agent must have full disclosure of all payments due. A contract between the customer and Visit in Dubai comes into existence once we have confirmed the booking in writing and issued confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all whose name appears there-on and confirms that all such personnel are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all respective matters, is subject to the law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. No employees or representatives of Visit in Dubai have any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Visit in Dubai, unless authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of Extreme Holiday Tourism L.L.C. The company reserves all rights to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.

The site operation mainly service based providing Tours, Activities tickets, Transfers by sending it by email, call, WhatsApp or LIVE chat. Availability, prices & payments are subjective to change accordingly.
Who Operates This Website?
This website, including all the contents (software, text, images, videos, services, products and any other information contained in or presented on the website, considering the “Website” as a whole) in operated by Extreme Holiday Tourism L.L.C. However there might be a chance of difference in the information on this website from the official website of various services (e.g. tickets to Global Village) like the pricing, opening hours, and availability.

Reserves the Right to Make Changes if Required:
Before a booking is confirmed, Visit in Dubai reserves the right to amend the price of product due to any circumstances regarding external services not in control of Visit in Dubai but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increase in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation/disembarkation fees at airports), increase in admission fees and hotel rate adjustments/availability. Advertised prices are also subject to seasonal changes, exchange rates and may vary slightly due to following conditions. Payments can be made via bank transfers, VISA or MasterCard.
Payment:
Your credit card will be charged upon booking. If the provider does not accept your booking, the charged amount will be credited back. Card payment applies up-to 10% transaction charges vary for different services.
To make any bookings and to get the confirmation with the electronic voucher, payment deposit should be done as per the given plans that match with your respective product. It is highly recommended to settle the required payment as soon as you choose the preferred tours, activities, packages or any other products offered by Visit in Dubai to ensure the proper availability and at the same displayed rates.
Cancellation Policy:
Visit in Dubai reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, Visit in Dubai will not cancel a Guaranteed Service except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, or any other external circumstances beyond the control of Visit in Dubai.
Compensation is not available if Visit in Dubai is forced to cancel or in anyway change a tour due to force majeure but if Visit in Dubai is unable to provide the tour booked, all payments received (less any insurance premiums paid) will be returned to the client or they will be offered an alternative date or holiday of comparable standards.
If you cancel the activity, the cancellation policy on the Visit in Dubai confirmation email / confirmation message, or voucher is authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read the information on the Visit in Dubai voucher to get the required information.
A full refund depend on the product and varies as per cancelation policy of particular product or service, if there is no show the day of the activity; no refund will be made.
Visit in Dubai or the supplier can cancel the activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult.
Exclusion:
Visit in Dubai has the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from any activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at harm, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid will not be refunded.
This is done under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever (applies to all cancellation policies)
Health Insurance:
Visit in Dubai strongly advise all our clients to secure comprehensive health insurance before participating in any activities. Given that some of our offerings may qualify as extreme sports, having adequate coverage is crucial to ensure your safety and financial well-being in the event of unforeseen incidents or accidents.
Amendments and Cancellations by Clients:
At the time of booking, the customer is required to provide us with full, correct names as they appear on your passport. Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability, if the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued. No requested change can be guaranteed.
All the refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase made through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. Clients wishing to cancel must inform Visit in Dubai in writing, signed by the lead passenger on the booking form. Cancellation will take effect on the date the cancellation request is received by Visit in Dubai and minimum cancellation fee after receiving the booking confirmation (varies are per product / service policy)
Refund Policy:
The refund will be made within 30 working days after receiving and approval of refund request. If the credit card payment is made before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will be charged. Further claims for damages are reserved.
