Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation prior to the tour date varies upon the tour and booking details. Same day cancellation for any tour is not acceptable and you must be paying 50% cancellation charges.

All the tours are amendable on tour day as per the availability however the final changes and availed services are not refundable.

Awareness:

• The company takes no responsibility and does not provide any insurance for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death that you or anyone else may suffer.
• You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance.
• All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the tour.
• You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain activities.
• You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in a particular activity.
• No ATVs are insured in the desert, you will sign an undertaking before hiring one from the supplier.

Medical Condition:

• People who are pregnant, have neck pain, back pain, heart problems, or other severe medical complaints are requested to mention this at the time off booking for any adventurous activity.
• Please note that if your skin is sensitive to henna, it is advised not to do it.

General Conditions:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
• The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
